Field Review - Addition / Alteration - Exterior and interior alterations to provide improvements for a new retail tenant at retail unit 1025 Robson St in this commercial building on this site. Scope of work includes reconfiguring the interior layout, a new universal washroom and replacing the exterior cladding and entry doors. WONG - MAR 3/23 OK for DB per S.Patterson OK for Field Review per W.Wong Notes: - DBI to determine on site if a seismic letter is required for racking over 6ft high. - Energy Upgrade: E2 - Lighting - Upgrade to incorporate Scheduled Shutoff (per 9.4.1.1.(i) of ASHRAE 90.1-2016). - Schedule A, D and B, Architectural, Babak Eslahjou, Architect, 416-343-0400. - Schedule B, Structural, Kosta Marcakis, Struct. Eng, 604-254-0868. - Schedule B, Mechanical & Plumbing, Matthew Clayton, P.Eng, 604-687-1821. - Schedule B, Electrical, Josh Tanner, P.Eng, 604-687-1821. - No translucent or opaque film, artwork, posters, shelving, display cases or similar elements are to be installed on or directly outside or inside of the approved glazing frontages and windows. Energy checklist is currently no longer required with your Building Permit application. Some supporting documents are still required at BP stage, specifically Envelope and HVAC, if applicable. Service Water Heating and Lighting supporting documents, if applicable, must be submitted with your related trades permits (e.g. electrical and plumbing). All energy upgrades will be checked during inspections stage. It is the applicant's responsibility to identify and note all required upgrades including energy upgrades on their BP drawings at BP stage.
