- Field Review - Addition / Alteration - CF-2018-011873 Exterior and interior alterations to provide improvements to the existing one-family dwelling. Alterations include: removal of WWOP, new rear deck/porch with stairs to grade, new grade-level patios in the front yard, replacement and removal of windows, new bay windows, new skylights, new siding, new window. Scope of work to include energy upgrade in accordance with Article 11.2.1.4 of the Vancouver Building By-law. Building envelope air sealing and upgrading attic insulation are required. Letter of assurance submitted: Sch B (Struct): R.F. Smith, P.Eng. 604-925-2552 All new work shall comply with the Vancouver Building By-Law (No. 12511 and amendments) and all its referenced standards, including ASHRAE Standard 90.1-2016 or NECB 2015 and their associated conditions. Increase in project value at discretion of District Building Inspector may require additional upgrading as per Table 11.4.3.1 of the VBBL. Any unauthorized work on this site, existing or otherwise, is neither recognized nor approved and may be subject to enforcement action. OK for Field Review per L.Telefson, Feb.14, 2020
