Scope of work is to remove millwork in the area to the South of the existing elevator for area of refuge. Tenant: Bit Quill Technologies Occupant Load = Max 100 persons Refer to BP-2022-00976 at #300 for the same tenant. ******REVIEWED UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF VBBL 2019******** Building Review Branch Note: - All new work shall conform to VBBL 3.1.5 Noncombustible Construction. - F2, S3, N3, A3, & E3 upgrades are required. For N3 upgrade, refer to Structural Assessment Letter dated on May 19, 2022. The CRP shall verify F2 upgrade at the site with District Building Inspector at final inspection. - Exit door hardware shall conform to VBBL 3.4.6.16 and handrails in the exit stairs are to be upgrade in compliance with VBBL 3.4.6.5 to the main floor. Its horizontal extension shall be accepted by District Building Inspector. (F2 upgrade). - Elevator lobbies should not be used other than elevator lobbies. Any existing millwork and furniture in the elevator lobbies must be removed. REVISION #1 (Jul 26, 2023): - Replaced sliding doors at meeting rooms and offices with swing doors. - Revised seating layout and change of occupant load from 36 to 100 persons. - Revised bathroom layout.
