Description

Field Review - Addition / Alteration - Unit 120 Interior alterations and change of use from Printing or Publishing (group F2) to Packaging Plant (group F2). No walk-in retail permitted. Revision #1: To update the plan's layout to reflect changes made on site due to the site condition, and to update shelving layouts as indicated on the architectural drawings Scope of work: - New interior partitions - New removable counter millwork - New paint and interior finishes - New electrical and data outlets - New plumbing fixtures Note: - E2 - SWH - Upgrade SWH system Temperature Controls (per 7.4.4.1 of ASHRAE 90.1-2016) Energy checklist is currently no longer required with your Building Permit (BP) application. Some supporting documents are still required at BP stage, specifically Envelope and HVAC, if applicable. Service Water Heating and Lighting supporting documents, if applicable, must be submitted with your related trades permits (e.g. electrical and plumbing). All energy upgrades will be checked during inspections stage. It is the applicant’s responsibility to identify and note all required upgrades including energy upgrades on their BP drawings at BP stage.
