Scope of work includes: removing interior walls, and capping off a plumbing fixture unit. Existing HAVE ducting and mechanical equipment to remain. Existing mechanical ceiling fan to remain. TENANT: Unity Technologies OK for Field Review per Kim V - Nov 8/21 Notes: - Energy upgrade trigger: E2 - Lighting - Upgrade to incorporate Automatic Full OFF (per 9.4.1.1.(h) of ASHRAE 90.1-2016) - This building sprinklered. Building inspector to determine on site if a separate sprinkler permit is required/ No Sprinkler Permit required per DBI Hilton H. - The 2nd floor is ancillary to the main floor and that they are to be used together as 1 tenant space. The owners are leasing the upper and lower floors out to different tenants and per other warning it is difficult to use the floors separately as they need elevators for accessibility. Refer to VBBL 3.8.2.1 - the second floor is only exempted from accessibility if part of the same unit. As these are brand new buildings full VBBL compliance is expected.
