High Density Housing / Commercial - Outdoor Uses (No Buildings Proposed) - To prepare this site for the future development ( two mixed-use buildings) by proving initial grading fills on this site to achieve 4.8 m. FCL and to construct the shoreline protection. 09-Sep-2021 - Rev#1 tn Tree Permit (TP-2020-00587) revision issued on 07-Sep-2021. Including the updated arborist report by ACL, the additional removal of six trees due to foreshore/flood management site preparation. This permit was issued under the following conditions: 1.An Archaeological Chance Find Procedure (CFP) has been prepared, dated training April 11,2022. These procedures must be followed for any work involving ground disturbance, including an on-site presentation of the CFP guidelines by a professional archaeologist in collaboration with affected/local First Nations. 2.The owner is fully responsible to maintain the site in such condition that any of the adjoining properties, including City’s properties shall not be detrimentally affected under any circumstances.
