- Field Review - Addition / Alteration - Interior alterations to provide tenant improvements for this existing beauty salon in this existing mixed used commercial/residential building on this site. Scope of work includes relocating an interior wall, reconfiguring the lighting to suit, installing a double compartment sink in the storage/colour bar area as required by VCH and validating the removal of an interior wall in the storage area. OK for Field Review as per S.Yu on Aug 5, 2022 Notes: - Energy Upgrade: E2 - Lighting - Upgrade to incorporate Automatic Partial OFF (per 9.4.1.1.(g) of ASHRAE 90.1-2016). - This building is sprinklered. DBI to determine on site if a separate sprinkler permit is required - DBI to determine on site if Schedule B, Structural, is required. Energy checklist is currently no longer required with your Building Permit application. Some supporting documents are still required at BP stage, specifically Envelope and HVAC, if applicable. Service Water Heating and Lighting supporting documents, if applicable, must be submitted with your related trades permits (e.g. electrical and plumbing). All energy upgrades will be checked during inspections stage. It is the applicant's responsibility to identify and note all required upgrades including energy upgrades on their BP drawings at BP stage.
