OK for field review as per Eun Jeon, July 8, 2022 Notes: 1. Related to DP-2022-00536 for change of use from Beauty Salon (Tattoo Parlour) to Social Service Centre 2. District Building Inspector (DBI) to determine if washroom is existing. 3. Applicant was told that DBI may require additional documents for terracotta walls on site during field review inspection.
