Zhang, April 4th, 2022 Letters of Assurance rec'd: Schedule A & B Architectural submitted as per Renato (Rick) A.L. Balbi, 403-253-2853 Schedule B Structural submitted as per Kevin J. Zwaagstra, 403-338-5806 Schedule B Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical submitted as per J.D. Hubbert, 416-460-2214 Energy Upgrade: E2 - Lighting - Upgrade to incorporate Scheduled Shutoff (per 9.4.1.1.(i) of ASHRAE 90.1-2016) Note: Energy checklist is currently no longer required with your Building Permit (BP) application. Some supporting documents are still required at BP stage, specifically Envelope and HVAC, if applicable. Service Water Heating and Lighting supporting documents, if applicable, must be submitted with your related trades permits (e.g. electrical and plumbing). All energy upgrades will be checked during inspections stage. It is the applicant’s responsibility to identify and note all required upgrades including energy upgrades on their BP drawings at BP stage. Compact mobile storage system: . Each level including top and bottom is using open wire shelving. . Sides are constructed of PEG Board . Has rubber stoppers installed, to keep at least 6” space between mobile shelves. . Mobile shelving units are Maximum 8’-0” high with no storage above. . decreased sprinkler spacing to max. 100 sq. ft. per sprinkler. . Sprinklers will be upright K=5.6, 155°F. . The sprinkler deflector will be installed minimum 18” above the top of the storage. Compact mobile storage system present in this tenant space. Sprinkler permit does not qualify for the over the counter permit process. Full submission and review required.
