Description

Field Review - Addition / Alteration - Interior alterations to provide improvements for a "similar to" Beauty and Wellness Centre with accessory Retail Store at 1970 W. 4th Avenue on the second floor of this existing commercial building. NOTE: The Wall Type W2 installed at the Staff Room, and Treatment Rooms 1, 2, and 3, must be removed once this tenant space is vacated. *see Rev #1 Related to DP-2022-00703 for a change of use from General Office to a "Similar to" Beauty and Wellness Centre. REVISION #1: install a curtain in the Photo Room/Server Room and Storage Area, install a Wall Type W2 at the Staff Room and Treatment Rooms 1, 2, and 3, remove one (1) water closet from the Womens W.C., install a washer/dryer at the Mens W.C., and to change the use in the work description and proposed use on the Details Tab from "similar to" Health Enhancement Centre use to "similar to" Beauty and Wellness Centre. Addition of Term 40 that Wall Type W2 installed at the Staff Room, and Treatment Rooms 1, 2, and 3, must be removed once this tenant space is vacated. Nov 22, 2022 mlh
