Certified Professional Program - New Building - To construct a new noncombustible industrial building Building 2 (East) containing seven (7) two-level industrial strata units (shell). Each suite contains 2 levels: 1st Level - warehouse and office space ( shell) 2nd Leve l- ancillary office (shell). It is PROHIBITTED to divide the 2-storey warehouse units with ancillary office at Level 2 into two suites up and down because the 2nd floor is not accessible. The upper storey is permitted to contain only facilities that are also contained on the accessible storey; therefore, an office space at Level 1 shall be provided; refer to 3.8.2.1.(1) (f). NOTE: Three industrial building are proposed on this site (Building 1, Building 2 and Building 3). Total number of warehouse units on this site is 28. This BP application was processed under the VBBL 2019. 09-Feb-2022- Stage I (on Site Grading) issued. 13-May-2022 - Stage 2( full permit) issued. 23-Mar-2023 - Revision #1 issued. Interior and exterior changes to this building as described in the Change Letters provided by A/S/M/E & CC Registered Professionals of Record. No changes to number of units in Building 2.
