Note: 1. This project was design in accordance with CSA B 651 Section 4.3 and 5.1 IN LIEU OF 3.8.3.2. 2. The 2019 VBBL 12511 and its amendments apply to this application that has been reviewed during the Covid-19 pandemic. 3. The following units are TIPs eligible as at the time of construction: All 7 (seven) retail spaces (Group E) at 1st storey. 20-Oct-2021 Stage 1 (excavation and shoring) issued. 02-Feb-2022 Stage 2 ( foundation to grade ) issued. 04-May-2022 Stage 3 ( full construction) issued. 21-Jun-2023 - BP Revision#1 issued CRU 1 and 2, CRU 4 and 5, CRU 6 and 7 are combined. CRU 1&2 space is Restaurant Use. The rest is Retail. 2. Demising wall between the above noted CRU units is deleted. 3. Entry door is changed to window at CRU 4/5 and CRU 6/7 locations. 4. Planter is deleted. 5. Minimum required parking count is increased based on the change for CRU 1 & 2 and it became higher than the number provided on approved BP drawings. Relaxation for parking requirement is proposed in DP Minor Amendment Application as new tenants are requesting to use lower number of parking spaces
