REVISION #1: The public retail area is being reduced in size and the baking area is being expanded within this suite up to the South exterior wall. The changes include a new walk-in cooler at the East wall of the baking area, construction of a new wall (w/one 46" x 36" window) to separate the retail and baking areas from each other, deletion of refrigerated display cases, and, the installation of some additional revent ovens. dough mixers, and a work table within the baking area.
