All work carried out on the site must comply with the terms described in the permit and a copy of the permit must remain on the job site at all times. OK to process as DTI as per DBI E. Howe May 29, 2023 Revision 1 Scope of permit expanded to include; Machine removal of the part of the roof structure, damaged by fire and the installation of lateral bracing of exterior walls. This additional work has been ordered by Worksafe BC, prior to abatement workers entering the structure. All work to be completed under the Structural Engineer's direction and to the satisfaction of the Worksafe BC officer and DBI. LJW.
