(410, #430 #450). - New corridors, lighting, ceiling grid, carpet, wall covering. - increase project value from $185,000.00 to $240,000.00 REVISION #3 - June 17/24 mk -Change scope to demise into 2 units (to be #430 & #450) Demising wall work between #410 & #430 transferred to BP-2024-01040. -changes to lighting layout and convert to LED -Change entry door from single to double for unit #430. -Scope of work to include TI work to unit #430. - Remove Ceiling work from scope for unit#450 only. - Increase project value from $240,000.00 to $265,000.00 Letters of Assurance submitted: Sched B - elec: Roger Dupuis 604-569-6500 Sched B - mech: Nathan Young 604-684-5995 Sched B - arch and sched A: Michael McNaught 604-724-7602 Building Sprinklered – Building inspector to determine on site if a separate sprinkler permit is required. Energy checklist is currently no longer required with your Building Permit (BP) application. Some supporting documents are still required at BP stage, specifically Envelope and HVAC, if applicable. Service Water Heating and Lighting supporting documents, if applicable, must be submitted with your related trades permits (e.g. electrical and plumbing).
