- Certified Professional Program - New Building - This permit has been issued for all site work and below grade facilities including one level of common underground parking for the proposed development: To alter and relocate an existing four-storey Municipally Designated Heritage B multiple conversion dwelling (North Building; previously 1853 E 11th Av) and to construct a new six-storey multiple dwelling (South Building; 133 Secured Market Rental Units), all over one level of underground parking, having vehicular access from the lane. Scope of work includes relocation of the heritage building to E 11th Av for a temporary storage and back to the lot on the top of underground parkade. This is a CP Process Permit and the applicant is Kai Mikkelsen, P. Eng., CP. Building to be constructed as per Article 3.2.2.50 and sprinklered to NFPA 13 with single stage fire alarm system. Storage garage as a separate building as per Article 3.2.1.2. Main fire fighters response point with FDC at 1881 E 11th Av and second fire fighter's response point at 2653 Victoria Drive.
