No increase in Project value NOTE: This permit is for alterations described in the scope of work noted above.  Any unauthorized work on this site, existing or otherwise, is neither recognized nor approved and may be subject to enforcement action.  Separate Permits and approvals will be required for the covered deck at the rear.
