Field Review - Addition / Alteration - #1500 - 15th Storey Interior alterations to provide tenant improvements to this existing general office on the 15th floor (#1500) of this existing commercial building on site. Scope of work: Demolish select partition walls, millwork, flooring, ceiling bulkheads and lighting fixtures. New millwork, flooring, glass door/walll, movable divider wall, paint, electrical and sprinkler work. REVISION #1: Interior layout changes. Remove partition walls AND washroom. Add recessed ceiling in boardroom, drop ceiling in reception area, new storage closet. Increase in project cost by $20,000 (from $100,000 to $120,000). LLL - Nov 23/23 Building Sprinklered – Separate sprinkler permit required for proposed sprinkler work. Energy checklist is currently no longer required with your Building Permit (BP) application. Some supporting documents are still required at BP stage, specifically Envelope and HVAC, if applicable. Service Water Heating and Lighting supporting documents, if applicable, must be submitted with your related trades permits (e.g. electrical and plumbing).
