High Density Housing / Commercial - Addition / Alteration - To validate a temporary portable building and use for Child Daycare Facility (out of school program) for 20 children to be relocated from outbuilding at 1502 Maple St. including the operational letter dated April 14, 2023, submitted by Kelly Han, Executive Director of the Hudson Child Care Society on this existing Elementary School site for a temporary period of time expiring June 20, 2025. Notes: 1. Out of school program for 87 children approved under DE406871 and relocation of a portion of the existing Child Daycare Facility for 20 children to outbuilding at 1502 Maple St approved under DE411740. 2. This operator also has preschool program for 20 children. Refer to DP-2023-00242 for preschool program. Therefore, the total capacity of this Child Daycare Facility is 107 children (20 for preschool and 87 for out of school care). 3. Separate minor amendment will be required to retain the use when/if this existing Child Daycare Facility will relocate to the newly constructed school building in the future.
