High Density Housing / Commercial - Addition / Alteration - PHASE 2: EAST ELEVATIONS ONLY. SEE DB-2022-03927 FOR WORK RELATED TO THE NORTH,SOUTH AND WEST BUILDING FACES. Exterior alterations to repair the building envelope at the existing 3-storey multiple dwelling building over one level of partial underground parking on this site. Scope of work includes replacement of original face-sealed stucco cladding with rain-screened stucco cladding at east elevation only. Okay for DB as per M. Alborg on June 6, 2022 Building envelope and environmental separation as per Part 5 design: Schedule A, Schedule B (Architectural), Schedule D, Samer Daibess, P.Eng. (604.805.6785) provided for this project. Building Review Branch Notes: 1. This permit has been reviewed under the requirements of the VBBL #12511 (2019) 2. The owner is required, upon completion of construction, to deliver to the City (as Grantor) an as-built survey plan confirming that all of the encroaching portions of the wall are contained within the easement area. 3.Easement and licensing agreement for east building face on file for encroachment over City owned land. 4. PHASE 2 of building envelope repairs. East building face only. See DB-2022-03227 for work related to the North, South and West building faces.
