Building depth and Rear yard relaxation granted with letters of support received from adjacent neighbors per Hamid Shavan, Development Planner. Notes: ~ Energy Upgrade: As per REUP ~ VBBL, Part 11 classification - minor renovation, upgraded as per Table 11.2.1.4.(1)-A, -B and -C. ~ Hot tub installation requires a separate Plumbing permit and the gates and fence shall comply with VBBL, Sub Section 9.8.8. Guards. ~ Windows located in the side yard (north and south elevation) removed and replaced with safety glass - no change to window size or window location. ~ Interconnected, hardwired, 120 volt smoke alarms with battery back-up, silencing feature and with carbon monoxide detector to be installed in the entire building as per VBBL, Subsection 9.10.19. and Article 9.32.4.2. ~ This permit has been issued under VBBL 2019.
