High Density Housing / Commercial - Addition / Alteration - To alter the exterior of this Municipally Designated Heritage "B" mixed-use (commercial/residential) building as per conditions noted below: 1) To perform envelope on the east elevation: - Exterior wall on the east: - Removing the existing parging/plaster from the exterior walls; - Repairing the concrete walls according to the structural drawings; and - Preparing and sealing the walls with two coats of elastomeric paint. 2) To perform roof repair on the east elevation: - Second Floor Roof - Replacing the roof assembly with new.
