Field Review - Addition / Alteration - To alter the landscaping in the rear yard of this existing one-family dwelling building. Scope of work includes removal of a retaining wall and installation of a new tiered retaining wall. Tree Protection Barriers: Attached to this email is the approved Tree Protection Plan. Tree Protection Barriers must remain in place according to the attached plan until final inspection. If access into a Tree Protection zone is needed, an ISA Certified Arborist must be present to supervise. Construction access is to be from the lane only to ensure protection of the city tree and other trees at the front (south end) of the property.
