Field Review - Addition / Alteration - Interior & exterior alterations to provide improvements and remove the unauthorized kitchen facilities in the basement level of this existing single detached house on this site. Scope of work includes new footing and post for new flush beam, reconfigure the entire basement, new ceiling, alterations to the east elevation to RE & RE a window, alteration to the south elevation to widen the existing door and to validate the block window on east elevation.
