Scope of work include removing unauthorized kitchen. Exterior renovations are limited to replace an existing window with an exterior door and a window at the rear, add a rear sunken patio, remove existing deck stairs to facilitate new exterior door and add new windows on the South and North elevations. Existing and new Windows to be wired in a metal frame as noted on the North elevation plan. Revision#1 to revise the doors and window. Letters of assurance submitted: - Sch B (Arch): Robert Bradbury, AIBC, 604.731.7227 - Sch B (Structural): Tarek El-Amoury, P.Eng., 604.336.5080 Notes: 1. Electrical permit is required to remove unauthorized range in the basement level. This permit would ensure the existing installation is safe and was done per code per Bunsen Leung. 2. Kitchenette including upper cabinet to be removed once the daycare ceases operations.
