Scope of work includes: 1) Remove existing wash sinks, t bar ceiling and bathroom tile. 2) Re frame non load bearing wall by approximately 12" to be flush with adjacent wall. 3) Remove 12" extension on sprinkler heads to recess closer to new ceiling height. 4) Install 3 new wash stations and 1 sink in mixing room. 5) Install new flooring, baseboard, and paint throughout. 6) Install new cabinetry in mixing room. 7) Install new tile in bathroom. 8) Install wall hung mirrors and decor throughout. 9) Install new plumbing fixtures. 10) Install new track pendant lighting. E2- All new lighting fixtures to be LED, upgrade Kitchenette fridge to Energuide/ energy star unit Ok for Field Review as per Manuel Meier.
