Field Review - Addition / Alteration - 1181 Main St Interior alterations to provide tenant improvements to existing retail unit to change use to beauty and wellness, and change major occupancy from E to D. Scope of work includes addition of two sinks. Change of use ok per 4.8.1(n)(v). DBI to determine if any upgrades or additional permits are required. Ok for field review per S. Jordan - 22 Aug 2023 Note: This building is sprinklered, - DBI to determine if a sprinkler special inspection is required. No translucent or opaque film, artwork, posters, shelving, display cases or similar elements are to be installed on or directly outside or inside of the approved glazing frontages and windows so that the interior of the premises is visible at all times from the sidewalk. Energy checklist is currently no longer required with your Building Permit application. Some supporting documents are still required at BP stage, specifically Envelope and HVAC, if applicable. Service Water Heating and Lighting supporting documents, if applicable, must be submitted with your related trade’s permits (e.g. electrical and plumbing).
