- Field Review - Addition / Alteration - #201 & #206 1315 W 7th Avenue Interior alterations and reconfigurations of units #201 & #206. Enlargement of unit #201 by making unit #206 a 1 bedroom from a 2 bedroom unit. Scope of work includes: 1) Reconfiguration of unit #206 to create a standalone 1 bedroom unit from a 2 bedroom unit (#206). 2) Addition of 1 wall in unit 206 to separate the kitchen and dining area. 3) New glass wall in unit #201 to create a media room. 4) New kitchen in unit #201with new flooring, electrical, plumbing, and new cabinetry. 5) Renovations of bathrooms in both units to include new cabinetry, plumbing, electrical and new flooring. 6) New lighting fixtures and design in both unit #201 & 206. 7) Reconfiguration of existing space in unit #206 with new routing and new door openings. Letters of assurance submitted by: Eric man, P.Eng, Structural Schedule B. Revision #2 : No glass wall in unit 201 to create a media area. Bedroom 1 - Entry moved from southeast corner to northeast corner. Walk-in closet at south end. Bedroom 3 is now the media area. No new wall north to south. Closet becomes office. New doorway at south end of unit 201 by media area and office to create Bedroom 2. New party wall between units 201 & 206 Apart from the new party wall, unit 206 will retain original configuration. Unit 206 - Updated lighting in Dining area and Bedroom 3. Unit 201 - Heat pump installed, inspected & passed MP-2023-0122. Revision#3 - 08/08/2024 - all work to be canceled and the two units are to be restored to original condition. Please note - the structural drawings that are submitted are to show where the structural walls are - no changes to structural are permitted. Note to applicant: The services of a structural engineer may be required, based upon site inspection by the District Building Inspector.
