Scope of work includes interior wall changes. New Tenant: Team Cannabis Related to DP-2022-00572 which is time limited for a period expiring February 14, 2024. Ok for field review per J. Zhang - April 24, 2023 Notes: - This building is sprinklered. DBI to determine on site if a separate sprinkler permit is required. - DBI to determine on site if a seismic letter is required for racking/shelving over 6ft high. - A separate sign permit is required. Energy checklist is currently no longer required with your Building Permit application. Some supporting documents are still required at BP stage, specifically Envelope and HVAC, if applicable. Service Water Heating and Lighting supporting documents, if applicable, must be submitted with your related trades permits (e.g. electrical and plumbing). All energy upgrades will be checked during inspections stage.
