Lighting changes. New millworks, equipment, and furniture. Adapted reuse of existing mechanical system. New tenant: Thrive Wellness Clinic by Dr. Alyah Karim OK For Field Review per D.Langevin Note: - DBI to determine on site if sprinkler permit is required. A separate sprinkler permit is required for all related work. -DBI to determine on site if wall detail is required in Vitamin D treatment room. - Two unit strata and both units have same owner. No strata letter required. - Schedule B - Electrical, P. Eng. Blake Shine, 604-356-5131 from Opal Engineering Inc. Storefront glazing is to remain clear and unobstructed. No translucent or opaque film, artwork, shelving, display case, curtains or similar elements are to be installed on or directly outside or inside of the approved glazing. Separate permit is required for all signage. Energy checklist is currently no longer required with your Building Permit application. Some supporting documents are still required at BP stage, specifically Envelope and HVAC, if applicable. Service Water Heating and Lighting supporting documents, if applicable, must be submitted with your related trades permits (e.g. electrical and plumbing).
