High Density Housing / Commercial - Addition / Alteration - ***PART 5+++Interior and exterior alterations to this existing retail space (group E), for a new retail limited food facility (Group E) within a portion of the building in this existing 1 story commercial building. Scope of work includes S4 Structural Upgrades and new vent less oven(Merrychef connex 12). Class4 cooking with Type II condensation hood(convoVent mini 6.10 with mini combi oven 6.10.) Combi oven for food warming only. This project is considered a minor renovation voluntary S4 Structural Upgrades. Part 11 upgrade triggers F1, S2, N1 and A2 apply.
