Revision #1: - To change the incorrect address of 1025 Commercial Drive to the correct tenant address of 1027 Commercial Drive - Remove the Ancillary Retail Area and Lounge Area - Provide a smaller Reception Counter at the rear portion of this tenant space - Provide three (3) sinks at the Wash Station Area New Tenant: Knowledge Barbers Inc. OK for field review per Aemelia P Apr. 21, 2023 Notes: - Contractor is not found in the system. Contractor must have a valid Vancouver business licence or inter-municipal business licence - DBI to determine on site if sprinkler permit is required. A separate sprinkler permit is required for all related work. - DBI to determine on site if the structural engineer is required for shelving in merchandise area if any height is more than 6'H. Storefront glazing is to remain clear and unobstructed. No translucent or opaque film, artwork, shelving, display case, curtains or similar elements are to be installed on or directly outside or inside of the approved glazing. Separate permit is required for all signage. Shelving units shall not be more than 6'H. A structural engineer is required if the shelving units are more than 6'H. Energy checklist is currently no longer required with your Building Permit application. Some supporting documents are still required at BP stage, specifically Envelope and HVAC, if applicable. Service Water Heating and Lighting supporting documents, if applicable, must be submitted with your related trades permits (e.g. electrical and plumbing).
