Field Review - Addition / Alteration - Interior alterations and a change of use from a single detached house to a single detached house with suite with two car parking with vehicular accessed off of Kaslo St. OK for Field Review per W.Wong Note to applicant: The services of a structural engineer may be required, based upon site inspection by the District Building Inspector. All trees and landscaping to be retained in good condition. Contractor is responsible for tee protection measures. Any necessary tree removals with separate permit. Director of Planning reserves the right to request a landscape plan where necessary, subject to review. Where existing landscaping is being affected by the targeted repair the applicant will protect where possible and replace any removed/damaged landscaping to match existing. Division C, Article 1.6.2.8. of VBBL. 1) Subject to the provisions of Article 1.6.2.9., an owner shall comply with all the necessary requirements to complete an application for a permit within 6 months after the date of receipt of the application by the Chief Building Official.
