High Density Housing / Commercial - Addition / Alteration - Elevator modernization Interior alterations provide elevator modernization and to replace existing fire alarm control panel with new single stage addressable fire alarm control panel to incorporate emergency recall function for existing elevator to meet the requirements of CSA-B44 in this existing 3-storey Skin Care Centre at Vancouver General Hospital Building, all over four levels of underground parking. Scope of work: - Fully upgrade existing FA system to new addressable single stage fire alarm control panel to suite the automatic emergency elevator recall function. - Modify existing fire alarm annunciator to show automatic emergency elevator recall zones. - Add addressable smoke detectors, heat detectors and pull stations. - Install new elevator controllers, new elevator machines, operating fixtures, relays and reprogram addressable FAS initiation devices to allow for activation of the automatic emergency elevator recall sequence. ******THIS PERMIT HAS BEEN REVIEWED AND ISSUED UNDER THE REQUIREMENTS OF VBBL 2019 ******** Building Review Branch Notes: 1.
