Scope of work; interior demo to return to base building. To remove all partition walls, doors/frames, millwork, T-bar ceiling & grid, flooring, and washrooms for the 19th floor only. * Removal of interconnecting stairs is not included in this scope of work and requires a separate permit. (see separate BP-2023-03521 for alterations to 19th floor washrooms) *Separate permit(s) required for further improvements to this tenant space. Energy checklist is currently no longer required with your Building Permit (BP) application. Some supporting documents are still required at BP stage, specifically Envelope and HVAC, if applicable. Service Water Heating and Lighting supporting documents, if applicable, must be submitted with your related trades permits (e.g. electrical and plumbing).
