Field Review - Addition / Alteration - Interior alterations to provide improvements to this existing First Shaughnessy Single Detached house with an inground swimming pool in the basement. Scope of work is limited to the interior only for kitchen, laundry, bathroom and pool mechanical equipment upgrade. Revision#1 to revised rationale letter, architectural drawings, and Conservation Approach letter. Rationale letter revised to clarify there are exterior changes at the rear of the house. Architectural drawings with added detail page A10. Details have been reviewed and approved by Tri-Can Consulting Ltd. Building Envelope engineers. Conservation Approach letter addresses reuse of stone cladding and new windows. Revision #2 for interior layout changes and new overhead door in garage. Relocate pool steps and replace skylights and flashing in pool area. Adding spray foam beneath deck assembly.
