Building Envelope and Environmental Separation as per Part 5 design: Schedule A - Sandra Moore, AIBC Schedule B - (Architectural) Sandra Moore, AIBC Schedule B - (Structural) Eric Man, P.Eng. Schedule B - (Geotechnical) Matt Kokan, P.Eng. and Schedule D - Frits A. Huckriede, P.Eng. submitted for this project. Building Review Branch Notes: 1. Mixed-use building to be sprinklered to NFPA 13. North elevations requires an exterior sprinkler system, as per alternative compliance measures 11.5 of VBBL 2019. Infill building to be sprinklered to NFPA 13D; 2. This permit has been reviewed under the requirements of the VBBL #12511 (2019); 3. Separate permit required for the tenant fit-out to the retail shell space including exterior patio. Retail shell space will require a universal washroom be provided at tenant improvement; 4.
