- Field Review - Addition / Alteration - #2123 Interior alterations to provide tenant improvements on the ground floor for a new Retail tenant at this existing 1-storey building on this site. Scope of work includes: New non-load bearing interior partitions, new millwork and finishes new furniture and fixtures, and upgrades to the existing HVAC system. New tenant: Peak Performance OK for field review as per Wayland W June 5, 2023. Related to: BP-2020-03613 Note: -DBI to determine if structural plan and Schedule B structural is required. -No translucent or opaque film, artwork, posters, shelving, display cases or similar elements are to be installed on or directly outside or inside of the approved glazing frontages and windows. A separate sign permit is required. -Building is sprinklered, a separate sprinkler permit is required for all related work. -Energy checklist is currently no longer required with your Building Permit application. Some supporting documents are still required at BP stage, specifically Envelope and HVAC, if applicable.
