Class 5 Cooking (No Hood): 1. Class 5 Cooking Operations (No Hood): 2. Appliances are less than or equal to 6 kW (Cooking procedures producing significant grease laden vapours, or significant heat or steam are not permitted). Storefront glazing is to remain clear and unobstructed. No translucent or opaque film, artwork, shelving, display case, curtains or similar elements are to be installed on or directly outside or inside of the approved glazing.
