The building is designed do meet all requirements of VBBL Section 3.8, and 20% of the residential units are designed to meet the CMHC Universal Accessible Suite Requirements. STAGE I - EXCAVATION & SHORING ISSUED: December 19, 2022 STAGE II - FULL PERMIT ISSUED: June 13, 2023 NOTE: Class-1 Cooking Operation. NOTE: The Stage II issuance is conditional on receiving documentation to transfer the responsibility for Mechanical Field Review and design changes during construction to another professional.
