- High Density Housing / Commercial - Addition / Alteration - Exterior alterations only to the building envelope at this existing 4-storey multiple dwelling building (Group C) with one level of partial underground parking being accessed from the lane. Scope includes: replacement of existing stucco cladding with rain screen fiber cement assembly, replace the balcony and deck floor sheathing and waterproofing membrane, remove the existing gable trellis and its column, install inside mounted aluminum guardrails and glass panel at decks, repaint the roof fascia, provide new drains in balcony with curbs and connect to new downpipes and replace roof gutter. Building envelope and environmental separation as per Part 5 design: Schedule A, Schedule B (Architectural), Schedule D, Schedule B, (Architectural & Structural) Alfredo Jo P.Eng. (604.716.9286) provided for this project. This permit has been reviewed under the requirements of the VBBL #12511 (2019)
