Field Review - Addition / Alteration - Interior alteration to remove the basement suite in this existing Single Detached House. Scope of work includes: 1) Reinstating the stairs between the basement level and main floor. 2) To permanently cap off any discontinued domestic water pipes and drainage pipes OR any discontinued domestic water pipes and drainage pipes related to the removal of the unauthorized suite to permanently be capped off. 3) Removal of the range, hood fan and all associated wiring up to to the supply breaker Ok for Field Review as per Manuel Meier - April 25/23 Front entrance to basement ok'd by POD - June 13/23 Note: - Schedule B, Armin Ziari Shalmani, P.Eng, 604-330-2990. - This building is not sprinklered. - Install interconnected, hardwired, 120 volt smoke alarms with battery back-up and silencing feature, in each sleeping unit and in hallways outside each sleeping areas on each storey as per Building Bylaw 9.10.19. - Install Carbon Monoxide Alarm as per Building By-Law 9.32.4.2. This permit is for interior alterations as shown in plans only. Any unauthorized work on this site, existing or otherwise, is neither recognized nor approved and may be subject to enforcement action.
