- Field Review - Addition / Alteration - 2610 W 10th Ave Exterior and Interior alterations and change of use from Multiple Conversion Dwelling containing no dwelling on the lower floor, dwelling unit on the main floor and 2 housekeeping units on the second floor to Multiple Conversion Dwelling containing one dwelling unit on the lower floor to be utilized as a secondary suite and one dwelling unit on the main and second floor at this existing 3 storey building on site. Scope of work includes: 1) Exterior alterations to remove exterior side door, storage and laundry room at the underside of the deck. Okay to retain one wall on the east side of the building. 2) Exterior alterations to the east elevation to lower a portion of the firefighter access path above the bump out of the main floor to provide the minimum ceiling height clearance of 6'6". 3) Exterior alterations to remove exterior stairs from the deck on the second level to the deck on the main floor. 4) Removal of unauthorized attic space. Stairs between the second floor and attic space will be removed.
