Field Review - Addition / Alteration - Exterior and interior alterations to this existing hotel municipally designated heritage building on this site as per item #1 below: “1) alterations by way of select exterior wall structural repairs and recladding; roof surface replacement; select window rehabilitation; and, select structural repairs (columns and footings) on basement level. The alterations described above, authorized by the Development Permit Number DB-2022-04641, including conditions and plans forming part thereof, are approved under the Heritage By-law and this Development Permit also constitutes a Heritage Alteration Permit.” Scope of work: - Structural repairs and re-cladding, replace roof surface and repair existing windows with new flashing, new floor drains & plumbing fixtures, structural repairs on the columns & footings in the basement - New flooring & plumbing fixtures for bathrooms & laundry rooms OK for field review per DBI S.
