Certified Professional Program - New Building - This permit has been issued for site work and all below grade facilities for the proposed development: To construct a new 21-storey mixed-use building consisting of an office tower and a pavilion, all over 5 underground levels containing a steam plant (SHELL) & parking garage at Levels P4 to P1, and a storage area at Level P5. This building is provided with a 2-stage fire alarm system and a radio antenna system. The work was split into two Phases: Phase I & Phase II. For more details refer to Code Report by LMDG. NOTES: 1. Levels P5- to L1 and the office tower are included in this Building Permit. 2. Construction of the above grade Pavilion is permitted under the BP-2022-03603. 3. Installation of micro-piles along Expo Boulevard and plaza extension are shown on the drawings for information only. These works are permitted by Engineering, and all documents and drawings will be attached through the sub-lease and consent agreement. 4. 24/7 Monitoring of the Commercial Buildings and Steam plant will be provided; commitment letter by the owner on file.
