Energy Upgrade is proposed by REUP. - All new windows and doors shall conform to VBBL 9.7.4.2. - Unit #100 shall comply with VBBL 3.8.5.6 & 3.8.5.7. - Unprotected opening area on north exterior wall should not be increased. The north exhaust vents should have a fire damper with 45 min FPR. REVISION #1 (IN PROCESS): Scope to be confirmed by the CRP.
