Existing non-conforming building depth (rear deck) reviewed and noted per Sonia E - May 11/23 Onsite Parking relaxed to one per Sonia E - May 11/23 OK For Field Review per D.Langevin - May 11/23 Notes: - DBI has approved allowing rear access to Secondary Suite without 3' FFA due to existing conditions. July 26th, 2023. - No strata-titling will be permitted. - An annual Vancouver Business License must be obtained prior to the rental of this approved multiple conversion dwelling unit and/or secondary suite on this site. - Install interconnected, hardwired, 120 volt smoke alarms with battery back-up and silencing feature, in each sleeping unit and hallways outside sleeping areas on each storey as per Building Bylaw 9.10.19. - Install Carbon Monoxide Alarm as per Building By-Law 9.32.4.2. - Headroom to be minimum 1950mm over 80% of the suite area and all egress routes. - REUP submitted by Allen Joshua Selva Rabi, Capital Home Energy Inc, 604-562-0387.
