Field Review - Addition / Alteration - #301 - 3rd Floor Interior alterations to provide tenant improvements to an existing general office on the 3rd floor (#301) in this existing Municipally Designated Heritage 'A" commercial building. REVISION #1 to provide an additional four (4) new Office Rooms in the Open Work Area, to remove two (2) Office Rooms and increase the project value from $80.000.00 to $105,000.00. June 5, 2023 mlh Building Sprinklered – Separate sprinkler permit required for proposed sprinkler work. Energy checklist is currently no longer required with your Building Permit (BP) application. Some supporting documents are still required at BP stage, specifically Envelope and HVAC, if applicable. Service Water Heating and Lighting supporting documents, if applicable, must be submitted with your related trades permits (e.g. electrical and plumbing).
