Field Review - Addition / Alteration - #1200 - 12th floor (full floor tenant) Interior alterations to provide tenant improvements for this existing tenant on the 12th floor (#1200) of this existing mixed use building. Scope of work: Remove partition, millwork, door, light fixtures. Construct partition wall between reception and lunch room, flooring, new glass door, add vision panels on existing doors, electrical and plumbing work. REVISION #1: - Demo/Construction: No relocation of corridor door - original to remain where it is - Demo/Construction: Office doors and frames to remain as it is - add vision panel instead - Demo/ Construction: Entry door to remain as is - Electrical: New TV data and power location on reception area - Electrical: No new card readers on Reception entry door. - July 18/23 - LLL TENANT: Ausenco Engineering Canada Inc Building Sprinklered – Building inspector to determine on site if a separate sprinkler permit is required. No sprinkler permit required as per DBI. Energy checklist is currently no longer required with your Building Permit (BP) application. Some supporting documents are still required at BP stage, specifically Envelope and HVAC, if applicable. Service Water Heating and Lighting supporting documents, if applicable, must be submitted with your related trades permits (e.g. electrical and plumbing).
