Field Review - Addition / Alteration - Exterior and interior alterations to renovate this dwelling unit (902 W 19th Ave) on the main floor of this existing multiple conversion dwelling (two units) of this existing Municipally Designated 'M' heritage building, as permitted per item #1 below: “1) exterior alteration by way of filling in an existing window at west elevation to match adjacent exterior wall assembly. The alteration described above, authorized by the Development Permit Number DB-2022-04812, including conditions and plans forming part thereof, are approved under the Heritage By-law and this Development Permit also constitutes a Heritage Alteration Permit.” Furthermore, Heritage staff have the following Conditions of Approval: 1. All conservation work should be done in accordance with approved drawings, which are made part of this permit application. Scope of work: - Removal of interior walls & doors, plumbing fixtures, millwork & finishes - Relocate kitchen, new appliances, re/re handrail, update bathroom, infill a window on West EL, plumbing fixtures, millwork, finishes, and electrical work.
